Welcome to LaSalle Collection. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Information

LaSalle Collection specializes in luxury, custom, and made-to-order furniture and home furnishings.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.


2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, photographs, and specifications are accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, and pricing discrepancies without prior notice.


3. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Many LaSalle Collection products are custom-made or manufactured specifically for each customer.

Because of the custom nature of these products:

  • Custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
  • Custom orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before final approval.


4. Deposits & Payment Terms

For custom furniture orders utilizing our 50/50 payment structure:

  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
  • Production will not begin until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery.
  • Deposits become non-refundable once production has begun.

Failure to provide final payment may delay shipping and delivery.


5. Design Visualizations & Renderings

LaSalle Collection may provide customers with digital room concepts, mood boards, renderings, visualizations, and design recommendations.

These materials are provided for illustrative and planning purposes only.

Actual furniture dimensions, room proportions, fabrics, finishes, colors, and accessories may vary from those shown in visualizations.

Renderings are not architectural, engineering, or construction documents.

Customers acknowledge that visualizations are conceptual representations intended to assist with design decisions.


6. Color & Material Variations

Due to differences in screens, lighting conditions, photography, natural materials, and manufacturing processes:

  • Colors may appear differently in person.
  • Wood grain patterns will vary.
  • Marble veining will vary.
  • Leather texture and appearance may vary.
  • Fabric textures and dye lots may vary.

Such variations are considered normal and are not defects.


7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as estimates only.

LaSalle Collection is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers
  • Freight carriers
  • Port congestion
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather events
  • Labor shortages
  • Force majeure events
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional fees resulting from missed deliveries, re-delivery requests, storage charges, or incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.


8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.

If damage is discovered:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  2. Take photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. Notify LaSalle Collection within 48 hours.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit available remedies.


9. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Custom and made-to-order furniture sales are generally final.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


10. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the LaSalle Collection website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product names
  • Renderings
  • Design concepts
  • Photographs
  • Graphics
  • Written content

are the property of LaSalle Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaSalle Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Product use
  • Product delays
  • Shipping delays
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Website errors
  • Service interruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.


12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from purchases or use of this website shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Michigan.
